GET
/api/v1/options/{underlying}/chainStandard tier+ · 300 req/minLatest Deribit chain snapshot — optionally narrowed to one expiry.
Returns the full chain for the latest snapshot, or just the rows matching a single `expiry`. Equivalent to the root /options/{underlying} endpoint minus the derived PCR + max-pain fields (use the dedicated endpoints for those).
