Terms of Service

SkynetX is a crypto market-intelligence platform with two parts:

• Market data views — public dashboards covering derivatives, options, ETF flows, on-chain metrics, and liquidations, plus a paid REST API and WebSocket feeds for programmatic access.
• Autonomous trading agent — an AI agent at skynetx.io/app that you can connect to your own wallet and allow to place trades on supported venues on your behalf.

The agent is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, your private keys, or your seed phrase. All trades are signed client-side by your wallet. You control your assets at all times. You can disconnect the wallet and revoke any on-chain approvals whenever you choose.

The Service provides information and automation tools. It is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up and to keep it current. You are responsible for anything that happens under your account, so keep your password and API keys safe. If you think your credentials have been compromised, email [email protected] right away.

You may not use the Service if you are located in a country subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a U.S. government restricted-party list.

Plans and pricing

Paid plans range from $15/month (Starter) to $349/month (Enterprise). Current prices, rate limits, and features are on our pricing page. Prices do not include taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

Free trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial on your first signup. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price. One trial per user.

Billing through Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data directly under its own terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate or refund partial periods, and annual prepayments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Price changes

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Changes take effect at your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price applies.

You agree that you will not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the public site beyond what your plan permits;
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our data to third parties, whether free or for a fee, without a written agreement with us;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls, including by splitting usage across multiple accounts;
• Share API keys publicly, commit them to public repositories, or embed them in client-side code that end users can inspect;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity, including market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unauthorized access to computer systems;
• Use our data to train a model or build a product that competes with SkynetX without our written permission;
• Interfere with the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without coordinating with us first, or upload malicious code.

Cryptocurrency trading carries a high risk of loss. You can lose some or all of the capital you deploy. Markets are volatile, fragmented, and operate 24/7 across jurisdictions with widely varying regulation.

Nothing in the Service — no data point, chart, signal, backtest, agent recommendation, or executed trade — is investment advice or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not a broker, adviser, or money transmitter. Past performance does not indicate future results. Any strategy or backtest shown is historical and may not repeat.

When you connect a wallet to the agent, you decide how much capital to allocate, which venues to enable, and when to pause or disconnect. You are solely responsible for the outcomes of any trades the agent signs with your wallet. You should understand the strategies you enable before running them with real funds.

We own the aggregation, normalization, analytics, dashboards, software, documentation, brand, and look-and-feel of SkynetX. Subject to these Terms and payment of fees, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and to use the data we return in your own internal applications, dashboards, and research.

Underlying market data originates with third-party exchanges, data providers, and on-chain sources. Those upstream providers retain their rights in the raw data, and your use of that data may be subject to their terms.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction and without owing you anything for them.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy are part of these Terms and explain what we collect and how we use it. In short: account email, billing metadata, usage logs, and — only for the agent and only client-side — wallet addresses. We never collect private keys or seed phrases.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYNETX LABS, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, complete, or secure. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or revised, and upstream venues may have outages that affect our data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SKYNETX LABS, INC. OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, use the Service to harm others, or if we are required to by law. We will give you reasonable notice where we can. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Both parties waive the right to participate in a class action. Any claim must be brought within one year of when it arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or a notice in the product. Non-material changes take effect when posted, as reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the update.
